Substation maintenance services include inspection and maintenance services of all substations, off-road circuit breakers and 1 kV protective equipment at KSS Verkko Oy. In addition, the acquisition includes maintenance services for power distribution equipment from power plants owned by KSS Energia Oy.

The offer must include maintenance, test and inspections of instruments and equipment under the maintenance program. Relay examinations shall be carried out in accordance with the test programme set out in Annex 2. Monthly and half annual inspections of substations shall carry out the measures set out in Annex 3. Maintenance of equipment and equipment shall be carried out in accordance with the maintenance instructions provided by the equipment manufacturers. The Offer shall set out policies for the maintenance, test and inspection of instruments and equipment in accordance with Annex 1.
In addition, the offer should include a bug repair capability. Providers are asked to describe the bug repair service. In its offer, the tenderer must specify the time in which the Tender's troublender staff will be available to the Subscriber from the bug report provided by the Subscriber. The provider's troubleness staff shall be available to the Subscriber from the bug report issued by the Subscriber within at least 24 hours. The contract imposes a sanction of EUR 5000 per failure event if the fault repair capability does not meet the fault correction capability provided by the Provider.
The offer shall indicate unit prices for all maintenance and inspection activities presented in the tender offer during both the contract and option period.
The offer must include electronic documentation of maintenance and maintenance in a separately agreed format, as well as small supplies required for maintenance such as nipples/seals, circuit breaker oils, oil dryer drying agent, etc.
One supplier is selected for the acquisition and each Subscriber enters into a separate agreement with the selected Vendor.
