The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from the area of the Wieliszew Commune divided into 2 parts: Part 1. Collection of waste from inhabited real estate: The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from the properties on which residents live, indicated in the description of the order, in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and the reduction of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to landfill and in a manner consistent with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities, as amended, the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste with subsequent amendments, the provisions of the Provincial Waste Management Plan, the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Wieliszew Commune and other provisions of statutory and local law.
