Offers that do not contain the full scope of the contract specified in Annex 3 to the SWZ will be rejected.

Any own names of products and materials and standards and certificates that may appear in the specification are used to specify the desired standard of performance and characteristics and technical requirements established for the subject of the contract. The Contracting Authority shall allow equivalent solutions to be used in this case.

4. If the Contracting Authority has indicated trademarks, patents or origin, sources or a specific process that characterizes the products or services provided by a particular Contractor in the description of the subject of the contract, it is permitted to offer equivalent solutions to the described, subject to preservation by not the same minimum technical, qualitative and functional parameters, etc.

5. The Contractor who invokes equivalent solutions shall demonstrate that the solution offered by him meets the requirements laid down by the Contracting Authority.
