The Services comprise facility management services to Dún Laoghaire–Rathdown County Council (DLRCC) including the planned preventative maintenance of facility management (Hard Services) including building mechanical, electrical, security, lift, BMS, machinery and equipment assets. Reactive maintenance for the above. A callout service, manned security, cleaning, waste management, landscaping, keyholding, alarm monitoring, feminine hygiene, pest control, remote monitoring, condition surveys, on-site resources, PSDP/PSCS, contract management, supplementary trade and resources, small projects.

• Ballyogan Operations Centre;

• Stillorgan Library;

• Dundrum Library;

• Cabinteely Library;

• Deansgrange Library;

• Dalkey Library;

• Shankill Library;

• Mounttown Community Centre;

• Sandyford Community Centre;

• Stonebridge Community Centre;

• Samuel Beckett Civic Campus;

• Harbour Square 1 Offices;

• Harbour Square 2 Offices;

• Rochestown Park — Social Housing Unit.

A reduced Service will also be undertaken at the following leisure centres:

• Loughlinstown;

• Meadowbrook;

• Monkstown.
