This contract is an occasional joint contract within the meaning of Article 130 of the Law of 17 June 2016 on public procurement.

It went through ORES sc (VAT BE 0897.436.971 - Avenue Jean Mermoz, 14 in 6041 Gosselies), which acts for itself and in the name and on behalf of ORES Assets sc (VAT BE 0543.696.579 - Avenue Jean Mermoz, 14 in 6041 Gosselies) and COMNEXIO sc (VAT BE 0727.639.263 - Avenue Georges Lemaître, 38 to 6041 Gosselies).

The purpose of this service contract is to appoint an auditor (statutory auditor) for the companies ORES sc, COMNEXIO sc and ORES Assets sc for the financial years 2025, 2026 and 2027: statutory accounts of ORES sc, statutory accounts of COMNEXIO sc, statutory accounts of ORES Assets sc, consolidated accounts of ORES Assets sc according to BGAAP standards, consolidated accounts of ORES Assets sc according to IFRS standards, missions for the works councils of ORES sc and COMNEXIO sc, certificates and controls to be carried out for regulators, possibility of specific missions, ... and optionally required assurance on sustainability reporting; these missions may be, depending on the case, categorized as audit or non-audit missions (in no case, however, they may be non-audit missions prohibited by Article 3:63 of the Companies and Associations Code).
