Receiving and landscaping of municipal waste from property owners from the Wierzchosławice Municipality, where residents reside and from the PSZOK in Wierzchosławice

The subject of the contract is the provision of services “Receiving and landscaping of municipal waste from property owners from the Wierzchosławice Municipality, where residents reside and from PSZOK in Wierzchosławice”.

The order was divided into two parts:

Part I: Receiving and landscaping of municipal waste from property owners from the Wierzchosławice Municipality, where residents reside.

Part II-PSZOK: Receiving and landscaping of municipal waste from the Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point in Wierzchosławice.

Receiving and landscaping of municipal waste from property owners from the area of the Municipality of Wierzchosławice, where residents reside

The Contractor shall be obliged to collect and use municipal waste donated by the owners of the property on which the inhabitants reside, in particular:

(a) unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste (code 20 03 01),

(b) paper and cardboard (code 15 01 01 01, 20 01 01 01),

(c) metal (code 15 01 04, 20 01 40),

(d) plastics (code 15 01 02, 20 01 39),

(e) glass (code 15 01 07, 20 01 02),

(f) multi-plant packaging waste, mixed packaging waste (code 15 01 05, 15 01 06),

(g) biowaste (code 20 01 08, 20 02 01).

Organisation of waste containers and waste segregation bags

1 Municipality Wierzchosławice has its own containers for mixed municipal waste of appropriate quality and capacity. Containers are located on any property inhabited within the Municipality of Wierzchosławice.

The Contractor shall be required to set only 1100 l containers for which selective waste (paper, glass, plastic) will be collected - in two indicated locations within the Municipality of Wierzchosławice (a total of 6 containers,

on. multi-scale development). Containers for waste mixed in multi-scale buildings are provided by the Ordering Party (capacity: 140 litres and 240 litres).

2 The Contracting Authority expects the Contractor to equip the property residing in bags for selective collection of municipal waste, as indicated above in point b g:

— before the first collection of segregated waste in January 2022,

— before the first collection of waste from the new property,

— when receiving segregated waste, in the amount of at least collected bags of segregated waste, of the same color.

However, it should be assumed that the demand of residents in bags as well as the selection of waste will increase steadily, as environmental awareness and social remittances increase, therefore bags should also be issued at the request of the resident in a larger quantity necessary for the correct selection of municipal waste. More demand for bags will also occur during the summer season; indirectly, by equipping the Information Point of the Municipality Office of Wierzchosławice to issue the necessary bags for segregation of waste to residents who inhabit the Wierzchosławice Municipality.

Frequency of receiving mixed municipal waste from single-family development — fortnightly. Frequency of receiving municipal waste segregated from single-family housing — once a month. Frequency of receiving mixed municipal waste from multi-scale development — once a week. Frequency of receiving municipal waste segregated from single-family housing — twice a month.

The Contractor shall be obliged to use the received waste in accordance with the provisions of the law.

The Contractor shall be required to weigh the received waste in Wierzchosławice after each collection.

Before the start of the service, the Contractor will draw up schedules for the collection of municipal waste from the property inhabited from the territory of the municipality of Wierzchosławice and transmit it to the Contracting Authority for arrangement.

The Contractor shall be obliged to submit monthly reports to the Contracting Authority on received and developed waste.

The system for receiving municipal waste does not include waste resulting from business activities.

Receipt and management of municipal waste from the Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point in Wierzchosławice

The Contractor shall be obliged to collect and use segregated municipal waste directly from the PSZOK provided by the owners of the property on which the inhabitants reside, in particular:

(a) paper and cardboard (code 15 01 01 01, 20 01 01 01),

(b) metal (code 15 01 04, 20 01 40),

(c) plastics (code 15 01 02, 20 01 39),

(d) glass (code 15 01 07, 20 01 02),

(e) multi-plant packaging waste, mixed packaging waste (code 15 01 05, 15 01 06),

(f) biowaste (code 20 01 08, 20 02 01),

(g) expired medicines and chemicals (code 13 02 06*, 15 01 10*, 15 01 11*, 16 05 04*, 20 01 13*, 20 01 14*, 20 01 15*, 20 01 17*, 20 01 19*, 20 01 25, 20 01 27*, 20 01 29, 20 01 30, 20 01 32) and other i.e. non-eligible waste for medical waste generated on the farm home in as a result of taking medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring of blood levels, in particular needles and syringes and other hazardous waste constituting municipal waste (code 20 01 21*),

(h) used batteries and batteries (code 20 01 33*, 20 01 34),

(i) used electrical and electronic equipment (code 16 02 14, 20 01 23*, 20 01 35*, 20 01 36),

(j) furniture and other large-sized waste (code 20 03 07),

(k) ash (code 20 01 99),

(l) worn tyres (code 16 01 03),

m) construction and demolition waste (code 17 01 01 01, 17 01 02, 17 01 03, 17 01 07, 17 02 01, 17 02 02, 17 02 03, 17 04 01, 17 04 02, 17 04 03, 17 04 04 04 04, 17 04 05, 17 04 06, 17 04 07, 17 04 11, 17 08 02 and 17 09 04).

(n) waste of textiles and clothing (20 01 10, 20 01 11).

The contracting authority will provide containers and containers for the collection of waste. The Contractor shall, upon receipt of the waste, provide a temporary replacement container/container or promptly (no longer than when reopening PSZOK in accordance with the PSZOK Regulations) surrender the taken container/container. Small amounts of waste can also be placed in waste segregation bags. The Contracting Authority requires that containers owned by the Municipality of Wierzchosławice be substituted at least in relation 1/2, i.e. every second collection of waste from the PSZOK. In addition, in connection with the large amount of waste, the Ordering Party requires that the Contractor permanently, for the duration of service, substituting additional containers for: Furniture and large-size waste of 30 m3 in the quantity of two units.

The Contractor shall be obliged to use the received waste in accordance with the provisions of the law.

The Contractor shall be obliged to submit monthly reports to the Contracting Authority on received and developed waste.

Weighing of waste will take place at the Municipal Waste Selective Collective Point in Wierzchosławice.
