Regio College wants to conclude one agreement for an integral design team for the renovation of two building sections (respectively 3,100 m² and 3,400 m²) of the Cypressehout location in Zaandam.

The assignment includes the making of a Preliminary design, Final design and Technical Design including specifications in order to tender the work for execution. Making an Execution-ready Design in collaboration with the executing party and supervising the execution of the design is also part of the assignment. Together with the preliminary research and demolition drawings resulting from the design.

The aforementioned assignment is initial, in addition, an integral vision (and phasing) for the (other) future is requested: After research and the consideration of various scenarios, the Regional College has decided to completely renew the current location by means of renovation.
