the purpose of the contract is to study the architecture, development and construction of a verification bench for Shf/Ehf measurement chains for spectrum control. The Shf/Ehf measurement chain verification bench is used to carry out, under indoor conditions (in a laboratory) the verifications of the Shf/Ehf measurement chains that are used to measure the radio beams present in the radio spectrum. Shf/Ehf measurement chains measure frequencies from 6 to 40 Ghz
