Object planning services for buildings according to Part 3, Section 1 of the HOAI.
Fire protection and safety upgrades of the two three/four-storey existing buildings with connecting corridors, built in 1845 / extension built in 1991 in two construction phases:
BA 1 - Preliminary measures and energy-efficient renovation of the building envelope: -Application of a thermal insulation composite system -Renewal of windows and doors including sun protection -PV system -Preliminary measures for fire protection and security -External security of the police station -E-mobility -Dismantling of the glass façade of the connecting building and redesign of the outer shell of the connecting building
BA 2 - Fire protection and security measures (according to RisPol): -Conversion of the security area -Upgrading of detention cells -Securing evidence rooms -Fire alarm system -Renovation of the sanitary facilities -Creation of accessibility to the ground floor -Renewal of the technical systems (new cabling, ventilation, district heating, air conditioning) -LAN 2030 -Painting work in the interior -Outdoor facility (bicycle roofing, securing evidence room in the underground car park, surface design of the inner courtyard)
The measure is carried out during ongoing operations. The interim accommodation is to be examined and planned for the 2nd construction phase. A container facility can be set up as interim accommodation.
The construction costs (KG 300 + 400) amount to approx. € 6.5 million gross, of which KG 300 accounts for approx. € 3,950,000 and KG 400 approx. € 2,550,000.

Basic services of LPH 1-9 as well as special services of service phases 8 and 9.
