The subject of the contract is collection and utilization (recovery or disposal) of municipal waste from the residential and uninhabited real estate located in the commune of Rypin, indicated in the order description, in a manner ensuring achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods, and reduction of the mass of municipal waste biodegradable sent to storage in accordance with applicable law.
Area of the Rypin Municipality: 1,096 ha.
Number of inhabitants: 15 764 (permanent report), including declarations submitted to the Employer:
1) in multi-family housing - more than 7 premises are inhabited by about 8 908 people,
2) approximately 5 379 people live in single-family housing and in multi-family housing up to 7 premises.

Area of the Rypin Municipality: 1,096 ha.
Number of inhabitants: 15 764 (permanent report), including declarations submitted to the Employer:
1) in multi-family housing - more than 7 premises are inhabited by about 8 908 people,
2) approximately 5 379 people live in single-family housing and in multi-family housing up to 7 premises.
Buildings: Number of built-up properties around 2 294 properties.
1) Single-family and multi-family up to and including 7 premises - approximately 1 688 properties.
2) Multi-family above 7 premises - about 223 buildings.
3) Uninhabited properties - approx. 383, including mixed-use buildings, approx. 58 properties.
The above data may change during the term of the contract.
4. On the day of conclusion of the contract, the Employer shall provide the Contractor with a detailed list of property owners valid as at the date of the contract from which solid municipal waste will be collected. The Purchaser reserves the right to make changes to the above. list. The changes will not change the amount of remuneration.
