The purpose of this consultation is to acquire, deliver, install, commissioning, use training and guarantee of a new laser microdissection microscopy system on behalf of the CRCA — CNRS (UMR5169). The technical specifications are detailed in the Special Clauses (CCP No. 21301 of 7.7.2021). The consultation provides for the submission and compulsory enumeration of three (3) Possible Supplementary Benefits (PES).

The acquisition of the system — the subject of this consultation, is part of the scientific project “Cognition in an Insect Brain”, funded by an ERC-Advanced Grant Cognibrains Fellowship.

The purpose of this consultation is to acquire, deliver, install, commissioning, use training and initial 24 months warranty of a new laser microdissection microscopy system on behalf of the CRCA — CNRS (UMR5169). The technical specifications are detailed in the Special Clauses (CCP No. 21301 of 7.7.2021). The consultation provides for the submission and mandatory costing of three (3) Possible Supplementary Benefits (PES) (see Articles II.2.10 and II.2.11 of this Opinion).

The market is ordinary, treated at a global and fixed price.

The overall turnaround time shall be that indicated by the holder in Annex 1 to the ATTRI named “Financial Annex and Lead Time” and the initial 24-month guarantee starting the day after the final admission of the equipment. The overall lead time includes the acquisition, delivery, installation, commissioning, and formation of the new laser microdissection microscopy system on behalf of the CRCA — CNRS. The overall execution period shall be suspended during the time limits necessary for the contracting authority to carry out the verification of services operations. The range indicated in Article II.2.7 indicates only the 24-month warranty period.
