The transport company Movia offers a contract for the execution of municipal bus services in Lejre Municipality. By municipal bus service is understood that Movia, on behalf of the Municipality, offers municipal driving tasks.

The service is generally carried out as a special regular service and includes approx. 2,530 hours of driving per year with two large buses and two minibuses in Lejre Municipality.

The transport company Movia offers a contract for the execution of municipal bus services in Lejre Municipality. By municipal bus service is understood that Movia, on behalf of the Municipality, offers municipal driving tasks.

The service is generally carried out as a special regular service and includes approx. 2,530 hours of driving per year with two large buses and two minibuses in Lejre Municipality.

In this tender – where the requested equipment is to be used exclusively for municipal driving tasks – this means, for example, that the same colour and interior requirements are not imposed on the equipment as in Movia's ordinary route offer, nor do travel card equipment have to be installed.

A significant exception to Movia's regular route offer is also that the Municipality determines the timetables together with the operator on the basis of a dialogue between the driving coordinators appointed by the Municipality and the operator.

The driving in the offered car plans generally includes school driving with the possibility that other driving may be included in the form of e.g. swimming driving. The service must be carried out on a special regular service permit. It is therefore the operator's responsibility, where appropriate, to provide the necessary authorisations.

During periods when the bus does not carry out the described school service, regular regular services can be initiated in the form of, for example, a shopping bus, in agreement with the Municipality and Movia. This service is carried out on Movia's general licence for regular regular services.

Finally, offers on occasional services (option services) are requested. Occasional driving may be on weekdays between 06:00 – 23:59. The services are not considered as regular services, but as coach and bus services, and must follow the rules for doing so.
