The subject of the contract is the successive supply of consumables necessary to perform Plasmacell C plasmapheresis treatments and to collect platelet cells by thrombapheresis to the Regional Center for Blood Donation and Blood Treatment in Łódź (RCKiK), divided into three Packages (parts):

1) Package I – Consumables for performing Plasmacell C plasmapheresis treatments compatible with AUTOPHERESIS and AURORA devices, which are in the Ordering Party's equipment;

2) Package II – Consumables for collecting platelet cell concentrate by thrombapheresis compatible with the AMICUS separator in the Ordering Party's equipment;

3) Package III – Consumables for collecting platelet cell concentrate by thrombapheresis compatible with the TRIMA separator in the Ordering Party's equipment.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in Annexes No. 2 and 9 to the SWZ.
