Pursuant to Articles R. 4122-4-18 of the Public Health Code and L. 2125-1 and R. 2162-4 of the Public Procurement Code, this contract is concluded in a mixed form, with:- a lump sum part carried out in the form of an ordinary contract for the creation of the mobile application (creation of the base and the MVP, cf. Art 3.1 of the CCTP).- A part concluded in the form of a framework agreement for the maintenance of the application and its evolutions in operational conditions (cf. Articles 3.2 and 3.3 of the CCTP). The part relating to the framework agreement shall be concluded without a minimum in quantity or value but with a maximum specified as follows: maximum amount of EUR 150 000 (including VAT) per year and EUR 600 000 (including VAT) for the entire duration of the contract
