74740 Adelsheim, Dr. Traugott-Bender-Str. 2, Adelsheim Correctional Facility, new construction of accommodation buildings 1 to 3, architectural services according to Part 3 Section 2 HOAI - Outdoor facilities, new planning of open spaces for the new construction of accommodation buildings within the Adelsheim correctional facility. The intention is to commission planning services for outdoor facilities Part 3 (Object Planning), Section 2 (Outdoor Facilities) of the HOAI.

The execution takes place from LP 5 in 3 construction phases. The execution is to be carried out by a general contractor.

The costs for KG 500 amount to approx. € 3,800,000 gross;

Construction of the first construction phase (Building 1) is scheduled to begin in 2026.

The intention is to commission object planning services for outdoor facilities Part 3 (object planning), Section 2 (outdoor facilities) of the HOAI of service phases 1 to 3 and 5 to 9 as well as special services of service phase 9 and other special services (open space concept for the entire area).

The order will be placed in stages and from work phase 5 onwards in construction phases.
