The procurement covered consultancy services for compliance and control within the following 3 main areas:

— operational risk management,

— internal control,

— compliance.

Nbrem has awarded framework agreements covering all three areas with one or several tenderers. Based on the results of the competition, a framework agreement with one supplier was entered into for the areas operational risk management and internal control (contract no. 1 and 2) and a framework agreement with one supplier for the area compliance (contract no 3). Estimated contract value is stated as NOK 8 000 000 for all 3 areas, of which NOK 2 670 000 is estimated value for the area compliance and NOK 5 330 000 is estimated value for the areas operational risk management and internal control.
