Removal of contaminated traffic areas, 2021

1. The services to be provided by the client consist of the immediate restoration of the safe, roadworthy usability of the contaminated traffic areas in accordance with the applicable statutory provisions, the generally recognized rules of technology and with the instructions in the DWA-M 715 (edition 12/2017);

2. Achieving the stated protection goals includes mechanical wet cleaning and dry cleaning with oil binding agents according to the recognized processes:

- from traces of oil and other chemicals;

- The oil binding agents used for dry cleaning must be suitable, tested and given the additional designation "R";

- by mechanical wet cleaning with cleaning machines of performance class M according to RAL-GZ 899;

- Cleaning machines of various capacities with satellite-based detection;

- in the district of North Saxony;

- on 1,260 km of federal, state and district roads;

- On-call duty daily from midnight to midnight;

- Supply, disposal, consumables, traffic safety;

- documentation.

3. Soil remediation:

- Detection of contaminated soil and other substances on the road body;

- elimination of contaminated substances and liquids;

- Restoration of the road structure according to road construction guidelines;

- Supply, disposal, consumables, analysis, traffic safety;

- documentation.
