Lot 1: Development Consultants: the requirement is to provide advice on developments from mix, tenure, pricing, specification, target purchaser profile, planning, affordable housing etc. Development Consultants are invited to express an interest by completing the required Standard Questionnaire which is being made available via the Delta eSourcing Portal.

Lot 16: Signage — this requirement is for the supply, delivery and installation of signage by a competent and experienced contractor, at various locations throughout London and Counties, bearing in mind that signage size and type will differ from site to site.
