We ask your company to offer non-life insurance to the municipality of Swan and the rental apartments of Kiinteistö Oy Swan for 2021, also taking into account accident and occupational disease insurance and other types mentioned below. After the first period of insurance, contracts will be extended until further notice. Non-life insurance and occupational disease insurance are transferred when possible and sensible.

The insurance entity of the municipality of Swan is divided into two (2) parts:

1. Other non-life insurance: property, interruption and liability insurance, legal protection, other personal insurance and vehicle and motor insurance

2. Insurance for accidents at work and occupational diseases.

Alternative offers are not allowed.

Property Oy makes its own decision on the preferred price/Y-ID basis. Property Oy Joutsan rental apartments, Y-id 0888264-2.
