These special specifications organise a joint public contract within the meaning of Articles 2, 36° and 48 of the Law of 17 June 2016 awarded in the name and on behalf of several contracting authorities with an economic operator depending on the lot concerned and having as its object insurance services in various classes of insurance (damage, RC or RO, workplace accident, vehicle insurance, cyber risk insurance) for the benefit of various legal entities.

Lot 1 comprises two items, namely damage insurance and liability insurance.

Item 1:

(a) Non-life insurance

- Fire and special risks insurance

- All electronic and computer risks insurance (except cyber risks)

- valuables transport insurance

Item 2:

(b) insurance against civil or strict liability

- insurance against civil liability and legal protection

- insurance of directors, company directors and legal protection

- insurance against civil liability after delivery and goods entrusted

- combined school insurance and various activities

- insurance of associations and insurance of volunteers

Lot 2 concerns the "accident at work" statutory insurance as regulated by the law of 10 April 1971.

The object of Lot 3 is compulsory insurance against liability in respect of motor vehicles and its implementing Royal Decrees.

The purpose of lot 4 is to cover the harmful consequences, both for the policyholder and its subsidiaries or associations controlled directly and/or indirectly, and for third parties of a cyber event.

"Cyber event" means:

• Cyber attack;

• Malware;

• Denial of service;

• Human error;

• Failure of the computer system;

• Unauthorized use of the computer system.
