The purpose of this contract is to teach courses and socio-cultural workshops of an annual nature (teaching year), preferably aimed at residents of Madrid in general and those of the District of Hortaleza in particular. This contract does not include specialized workshops, of a higher level, of shorter duration than the academic year (9 months) or of the season, which are expressly excluded from it. The sociocultural courses and workshops will be part of the areas listed below: 1) Area of courses and workshops aimed at acquiring knowledge;

2) Area of courses and workshops oriented to the acquisition of skills;

3) Area of courses and workshops oriented to body activity.
