L419 Neubau Wuppertal Ronsdorf 2. BA (with connection to the A1):

- Service phases 1-3, 6 object planning of engineering structures including dismantling, service phases 2-3, 6 structural planning including dismantling,

- Service phase 2-6 object planning traffic facilities, traffic investigation, measurement,

- Geotechnics, project management, technical contribution WFD, SiGeKo,

- Acoustic and air pollution testing.

As a southern bypass of the city of Wuppertal, the L 417 L 418 / L 419 should relieve the heavily used A 46 between the Sonnborner Kreuz and the AK Wuppertal-Nord.

With the new construction of the L 419, the plan-free southern bypass Wuppertal will be realized. The traffic connection between the A 46 and the A 1 is intended to achieve a significant improvement in traffic development in the Wuppertal area and for trans-regional traffic.

The construction measure was included in the state road requirement plan in stage 1 in two construction phases. The first construction phase concerns the 4-lane expansion of the L 419 from the "Lichtscheider roundabout" to the intersection with the K 3 (Erbschlöer Straße). This is followed by the second construction phase as a 4-lane new construction of the L 419 with connection to the A 1. The planning services advertised here relate to the 2nd BA.

In the 2nd BA, the L 419 is connected to the A 1 in the form of a motorway triangle (pear connection) without continuing straight ahead. Due to the short distance to the AS Wuppertal Ronsdorf, the new traffic facility will be designed as a double connection point (complex junction).

After granting the 1st BA building law and inclusion in the state road construction program, the upgrading of the L 418 / L 419 line to the federal trunk road is planned. Thereafter, the 2nd BA can be included in the plan approval procedure under federal law as a measure financed by the federal government.

The project L419 2nd BA is currently in the draft planning stage. The design planning (i.e. the preliminary design) has already started, but has not yet been completed.

- Specialist planning of structural engineering (Lph. 2, 3, 6),
