Worcester City Council is acting as Lead Authority for the joint commissioning of a Private Sector Housing Stock Condition Survey for the Worcestershire Local Authorities of; Bromsgrove Borough Council, Malvern Hills District Council, Redditch Borough Council, Worcester City Council, Wyre Forest District Council and Wychavon District Council.

This survey will assess overall adequacy and condition of accommodation and to facilitate targeting resource. This survey will cover all tenures including registered social landlord housing, private rented and owner occupied and will include property type and age, energy efficiency matters and a socio-economic profile of residents.
