The subject of this specification of special administrative clauses is the establishment of the

Estella-Lizarra, Esteribar, Ezcabarte, Lizoain-Arriasgoiti, Lónguida, Lumbier, Noáin-Valle de Elorz, Odieta,

Orkoien, Cendea de Olza, Etxauri, Orotz-Betelu, Pamplona, Puente La Reina, Urroz Villa, Villava and Zizur

Elder; Mancomunidades de Iranzu and Valdizarbe (Artazu, Berbinzana, Mañeru, Mendigorria, Miranda de

The award shall include the drafting and editing work in its entirety, understood as the

preparation of text originals, commissioning of collaborations, elaboration of graphic originals

(photographs, infographics, illustrations, etc.), design, layout, pre-press and printing, delivery

of the publication (in PDF and on paper), updating and maintenance of the website www.zeberri.eus

(domain, index, contents...) and reception of the magazine and control of its distribution among the entities
