Lot 4 — Hanover University of Music, Drama and Media: Reception service with approx. 6,684 hours per year

Lot 5 — Hochschule für Musik, Theater und Medien Hannover — Event service: Oversight services with approx. 1 160 hours/year, cloakroom service with approx. 130 hours/year, cash register service with approx. 90 hours/year, programme sales with approx. 10 hours/year

Where a tenderer's bid in lots greater than the maximum number of lots specified is the most economical tender, the most economical combination of all lots shall be determined, taking into account the ranking. In any case, that tenderer shall receive lots in which his tender is the most economical. The differences on the next favourable tender shall be determined without taking into account differences between tenders submitted by tenderers who already have the most economical bid in more lots than the maximum number indicated. The contract is awarded to the most economical combination of all lots.
