Municipalities of the Zwolle labor market region are starting a joint tender for learning routes for the new Civic Integration Act. The contract is divided into two lots:

- lot 1: language part B1 route and Language part Self-reliance route (Z route), and

- lot 2: educational route (MBO guidance). Not all municipalities participate in all lots. This is described in the descriptive document. It concerns a joint tender by a number of municipalities in the Zwolle labor market region, namely: Dalfsen, Hattem, Kampen, Oldebroek, Raalte, Steenwijkerland, Zwartewaterland, Meppel, Staphorst, Westerveld and Zwolle. The municipality of Zwolle is secretary.

Lot 1: language part B1 route and Language part Self-reliance route (Z route), in which municipalities indicate whether they use the B1 route and / or the Z route. The descriptive document indicates which municipality participates in which part (s).

A framework agreement is concluded with one (1) contractor. A waiting room agreement is also concluded.
