The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from the Przodkowo Commune together with the running of the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point from 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2023

1. The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from the area of the Przodkowo Commune together with the operation of the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point from 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2023 and in particular: 1.1. Collection, transport and management of municipal waste from property owners residing in the Przodkowo Municipality. 1.2 . Collection and management of municipal waste generated and collected at the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point, located in the area located at the Municipal Sewage Treatment Plant in Przodków, hereinafter referred to as SOPZ as PSZOK; 1.3. Operation of the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point, located in the area located at the Municipal Sewage Treatment Plant in Przodków; 1.4 . Collection and management of sewage from the Municipal Sewage Treatment Plant in Przodków – slats and sandbox. 1) A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 2 to the SWZ. 2) The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions specified in the description of the subject of the contract annexed to this SWZ. The performance of the subject of the contract must be in accordance with the attached documents, applicable law. 3) The Contractor is obliged to proceed to perform the service within the deadlines specified by the Ordering Party. 4) The Contractor is obliged to familiarize himself with the route of municipal waste collection on his own and at his own expense. 5) All. vehicles intended for the performance of the contract should be permanently and legibly marked (company name, address data and telephone numbers), should be registered, allowed to move, have current technical inspections and certificates of release to traffic.
