The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6 (1) (1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests (text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275, as amended — 'Forests Act') covering work on forest farming and conservation, fire protection, harvesting and breaking timber and work in the field of nursery and seed, hunting and meadow and agricultural management in the area of the Zwierzyny Breeding Centre and other works related to forest management, to be carried out in the Lutówko Forest Forest District in 2022. the range of breeding and forest protection, protection of the forest, protection fire protection, logging and breaking of wood and work in the field of nursery and seed, hunting and meadow farming in the area of the Zwierzyny Breeding Centre and other forestry management work resulting from Annex 3 to the SWZ.
