The subject of the contract is the performance of a service consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste from the area of the municipality of Łask. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 9 to the SWZ. The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding the contract referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Act, consisting in the repetition of similar services, i.e. collection and management of municipal waste under the conditions provided for in this procedure, in the amount of 30% of the value of the basic contract.

1) The subject of the contract is the performance of a service consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste from the area of the Municipality of Łask. 2) The scope of the contract includes: a) collection and management of municipal waste from owners of real estate where residents live; real estate on which there is a summer house or other real estate used for recreation and leisure purposes and mixed real estate, i.e. real estate in some inhabited and partly uninhabited, on which municipal waste is generated; b) equipping all the properties in question with waste containers or bags (in indicated situations) until the date of commencement of the provision of services, i.e. until 1 July 2023, in accordance with the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Municipality of Łask and the resolution on the detailed manner and scope of providing services in the field of collecting municipal waste from property owners and managing this waste in exchange for a fee paid by the property owner for municipal waste management; c) collection and management of municipal waste from the point of selective collection of municipal waste, hereinafter referred to as PSZOK and equipping the point with the necessary containers for municipal waste until the date of commencement of the provision of services; d) collection and management of expired medicines delivered by residents to collection points located in pharmacies – containers are delivered by the Ordering Party; e) collection and management of waste small-size batteries and accumulators and equipping indicated educational institutions and public benefit institutions with containers; f) carrying out once during the term of the contract, i.e. in 2024, a roadside collection of bulky waste on residential properties; g) conducting environmental education once during the term of the contract, i.e. in 2024. 3) A detailed DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT is attached as Annex 9 to the SWZ.
