Description:

Innlandet Hospital, Innlandet HF, majority share-holder of Tekstilvask Innlandet AS, wants to sell their shares in the company. The ownership interest is 98,3%. Related to the sale of the share, we will execute a competition on behalf of several owners where take-over of the company and delivery of laundry services to the owners is part of the competition. Overview of which owners this applies to is in the tender documentation and pre-qualification document.


Purchase of shares in Tekstilvask Innlandet AS.

Contract on the purchase of the company’s shares. Tender offers on the purchase will occur according to a fixed plan. The process up to a final, binding offer on the purchase of shares will include due diligence, which is part of the tender documentation.


Purchase of laundry services to Tynset kommune.

Includes washing and transport of linen. 6 year duration with an option on extension for 2 years + 2 years.


Purchase of laundry services to Innlandet Hospital.

Includes washing and transport of linen and working clothes. 6 year duration with an option on extension for 2 years + 2 years.


Purchase of laundry services to Hamar kommune.

Includes washing and transport of linen and working clothes. 6 year duration with an option on extension for 2 years + 2 years.


Purchase of laundry services to Elverum kommune.

Includes washing and transport of linen and working clothes. 6 year duration with an option on extension for 2 years + 2 years.

Purchase of laundry services to Sør-Odal kommune.

Includes washing and transport of linen and working clothes. 6 year duration with an option on extension for 2 years + 2 years.


Purchase of laundry services in Åsnes kommune.

Includes washing and transport of linen and working clothes. 6 year duration with an option on extension for 2 years + 2 years.
