The subject of the contract is the supply of drugs for use in ophthalmology for SP ZOZ of the Ministry of Interior and Administration in Szczecin. A detailed description and method of execution of the order is contained in the Model Agreement, constituting Appendix No. 3 to the Terms of Reference, and the Detailed Price Offer, constituting Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Reference.
