The city of Alzey announces the supply of electrical energy and the execution of five energy efficiency analyses.

The object of the award is the supply of electrical energy for the collection points of the city of Alzey. These expire on December 31, 2021.

The city of Alzey announces the supply of electrical energy and the execution of five energy efficiency analyses as part of a non-open procedure with a previous competition in accordance with § 16 VgV. The service for supplying electrical energy is to be awarded to the best bidder with effect from 01.01.2022. The delivery period is 1 year with a two-time extension option of one year each. According to the network operator, the latest deadline for registering the delivery is 15.12.2021 for the start of delivery on 01.01.2022.

If the winning bidder is no longer able to register the delivery on 01.01.2022, as an award decision will only be made after 14.12.2021, the delivery contract will be concluded for 11 months from the start of delivery from 01.02.2022. The prices offered must apply to both the 11-month and one-year delivery period. As far as the start of delivery is only possible on 01.02.2021, an interim agreement will be concluded with the current supplier.

Prices for SLP, RLM and street lighting outlets are queried in order to take account of the different acceptance structure.

The city of Alzey will conclude full supply contracts including network use.
