Rogaland Brann og redning IKS shall enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer for a standardised and efficient procurement of official dresses, including parade uniforms, official uniforms and uniform effects/necessary accessories to the dresses.

The objective of the tender contest is to sign a framework agreement with one tenderer for a standardised and efficient procurement of official dresses, including parade uniforms, official uniforms and uniform effects/necessary accessories to the dresses.

Personal measurements and adaptations for the relevant products are a part of the contract.

The framework agreement period is 2 - two- years from the date the contract is signed. Option for the contracting authority to extend the contract for 1+1 year.

The contract shall ensure that Contracting authority's personnel always have access to products that both visually and in quality fulfil the Contracting Authority's requirements for functionality and performance.

The Contracting Authority differentiate between official dresses 1 and official dresses 2. The requirement specifications (annex 1) give a description of the different products/effects that are included in each dress group. The specifications is based on the uniforms currently in use.
