Alloti framework agreement, with purchase orders, with maximum amount concluded with one economic operator per lot for an initial period of 12 months and renewable 2 times 12 months, i.e. a total duration of 36 months.

for lot 1 a maximum amount of EUR 250 000.00 excluding VAT shall be allocated to the initial period.

for lot 2 a maximum amount of EUR 310 000.00 excluding VAT shall be allocated to the initial period.

for lot 3 a maximum amount of EUR 240 000.00 excluding VAT shall be allocated to the initial period.

These amounts will be identical for the renewal period of each lot.

This contract includes a clause on the professional integration of people far from employment as a criterion for judging.
