The scope of the object of the contract includes the total quantities of work in the areas of forest farming and conservation, fire protection, logging and breaking of timber and nursery, hunting and meadow and agricultural management resulting from Annex 3 to SWZ, which consists of Annexes 3.1 to 3.5 specifying the whole object of the order.

Qualitative standards relating to all relevant features of the subject of the contract are determined by Decision No 19 of the Director General of State Forests of 17 March 2021 on the introduction of the “Description of the standard of forest work performance technology” in the organisational units of the Forests State. The detailed description of the standard of technology for the performance of individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract formed the basis for the determination of the quality requirements relating to the elements consisting of the object of the contract contained in the Annex No 4 to SWZ (Description of the standard of technology for the implementation of forestry works).

Descriptions of the action codes describing the individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract are described in Annex 4 to SWZ.
