The scope of the contract includes the design of the construction of a road connection designed as part of a separate task by the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways of the Red Road with the designed Outer Port in the Port of Gdynia and the resulting necessary reconstruction or construction of the necessary accompanying infrastructure.
Task No. 1 – development of a Multivariant Conceptual Design of the development of the area covered by the contract,
Task No. 2 – development of a construction project (land development project, architectural and construction design, technical design) along with all necessary studies and required decisions (including location decision, building permit decision), arrangements and provisions.
Task No. 3 – development of a multi-branch executive design along with technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works, bills of quantities and investor cost estimates.

The scope of the contract includes the design of the construction of a road connection designed as part of a separate task by the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways of the Red Road with the designed Outer Port in the Port of Gdynia and the resulting necessary reconstruction or construction of the necessary accompanying infrastructure.
2. On the part of the area covered by the planned investment, the local spatial development plan for the part of the Śródmieście district in Gdynia, the area of Portowa, J. 3. The contracting authority obtained for the task in question the decision of the Regional Director for Environmental Protection in Gdańsk on the environmental conditions for the implementation of the project no. RDOŚ-Gd-WOO.420.4.2021.AT.27 of 30.09.2021, which together with the attachments constitutes Annex No. 17 to the SWZ.
4. The approximate scope of the subject of the contract was indicated in the Road Concept entitled: "The Red Road as an element of the "Last Mile" of road access to the Port of Gdynia and the state border" developed by Biuro Projektów Budownictwa Komunalnego S.A. in Gdańsk, November 2020, the extract of which necessary for design works constitutes Annex 18 to the SWZ and in the Report on the environmental impact of the planned project "Construction of the External Port in the Port of Gdynia together with the communication system road and rail", which, together with supplementary materials submitted in the process of issuing the above-mentioned decisions on environmental conditions of the planned project, constitutes Annex 19 to the SWZ.
5. The approximate route of the road connection covering the scope of this subject of the contract was indicated in the study entitled: "Variant concept of communication service for external piers of the Port of Gdynia" prepared by Multiconsult Sp. z o.o., August 2018, the extract of which necessary for design works is attached as Annex 20 to the SWZ.
The subject of the order shall include the following tasks:
Task No. 1 – development of a Multivariant Conceptual Design of the development of the area covered by the contract,
Task No. 2 – development of a construction project (land development project, architectural and construction design, technical design) along with all necessary studies and required decisions (including location decision, building permit decision), arrangements and provisions.
Remark! The construction project should be divided into separate documentation enabling obtaining two separate building permit decisions for each scope separately. Indicative divisions (depending on the variant chosen by the Ordering Party) are indicated on graphic annexes No. 11 and 12 to the SWZ. The final decision on the possible proceeding of two decisions on the building permit will be made by the Contracting Authority at the stage of acceptance of the construction project.
Task No. 3 – development of a multi-branch executive design along with technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works, bills of quantities and investor cost estimates.
Remark! The executive design together with the technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works, bills of quantities and investor's cost estimates should be developed divided into two separate documentation, identical to the division made at the stage of developing the construction project.
