The subject of the order is to perform repairs in the level of maintenance P5 ten electric trainsets type Flirt Polska ER75 series together with modernization and additional work.
1.The object of the order is to perform repairs in the level of maintenance P5 ten electric trainsets type Flirt Polska series ER75 with modernization and additional work.
2.In all the provisions of the SWZ and its annexes where the Contracting Authority refers to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems, in accordance with Article 101 (4) of the Pzp Act, allows the application of equivalent solutions, standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems as indicated in the SWZ and Annexes. Where equivalent solutions are applied, the Contractor shall be obliged to demonstrate in writing the equivalence of the offered technical parameters in relation to the subject of the contract.
3.The detailed description, scope and manner of execution of the subject of the contract shall be defined by the Designed provisions of the contract, annex 11 to the SWZ and the annexes to the Designed provisions of the contract.
4.The Contracting Authority requires that the Contractor and the subcontractor perform the contract with employees employed on the basis of an employment contract in the scope of the activities indicated in § 2 of the Designed provisions of the contract which are annexed 11 to the SWZ.Method of documenting the employment of workers, entitlements The Contracting Authority's control of compliance with the requirements and sanctions for failure to comply with certain requirements are included in the Designed provisions of the Agreement annex 11 to the SWZ.
5.The Ordering Party requires the subject of the contract to be provided by the Contractor with the implemented quality management system based on IRIS standard (ISO/TS) 22163). The subject of the contract should be carried out with the standards in terms of quality, reliability
and technical security, according to such a standard.
6.Where welding work is necessary, the Contracting Authority requires that prior to their execution, the Contractor shall submit a certificate and a list of qualified staff enabling welding to be carried out in accordance with PN-EN 15085:2 standard.
7.The contracting authority requires a quality guarantee for a period of at least 18 months, counting from the date of signing the receipt of a given electrical traction unit, for each entire EZT after repairs at maintenance level P5.
8.The Ordering Party requires completion of the order by 31 December 2023.
9.The Ordering Party requires the maintenance level of P5 repair of each electric traction unit together with additional work and modernization within a period of not more than 70 calendar days, counting from the date of transmission of the electric traction unit for repair.
10.The Contracting Party does not request the tender of the means of evidence in question.
