The College wishes to engage an appropriately qualified and experienced Contractor to carry out general building response and planned maintenance works with some building related planned mechanical and electrical services elements and some selected all-trade minor works elements for the College and work alongside and in partnership as directed by the Employer with other independent sole trade and multi-trade contractors engaged by the College.
