1. The subject of the contract is the granting of a long-term PLN loan in the amount of PLN 6,394,000.00 (in words: six million three hundred ninety-four thousand zlotys 00/100) to cover the budget deficit and repayment of previously incurred liabilities under loans and advances by the Municipality of Gorzyce, for the period of concluding the contract until 31.12.2040.

2. The funds obtained from the loan are allocated to: repayment of previously taken loans in the amount of PLN 900,000.00, and to finance the planned budget deficit of the Municipality of Gorzyce (investment expenditures) in the amount of 5,494,000.00, i.e. in accordance with Resolution No. LXV/441/23 of the Gorzyce Commune Council of July 17, 2023 on taking a long-term loan in 2023.
