Open procedure, pursuant to art. 60 Legislative Decree 50/2016, divided into two lots, for the conclusion of framework agreements for the provision of research and market research services in the media and broadcast field — Race no. 8211128:

Qualitative research — traditional qualitative platform — CIG: 882204128A

Lot 1: Qualitative research — traditional qualitative platform with product testing with methodology integrated by method A and B all as best indicated in the technical specifications. In order to be able to guarantee the service on a plurality of contemporary assignments due to the different methodologies adopted and to guarantee the provision of complementary investigation techniques able to satisfy all the cognitive needs that will arise over the next few years, economic operators will be expected to participate in both lots, but only one lot will be able to win at most. Lot No. 1:663 000.00 EUR of which EUR 442 000.00 for the first 24 months and 221 000.00 EUR for a further 12 month renewal option and with an auction base of EUR 39 000.00 per single search. The duration of the framework agreement in progress may be modified for the time strictly necessary for the conclusion of the procedures necessary for identifying the new contractor under the meaning of the art. 106, paragraph 11 of the Code. In this case, the contractor will be required to perform the benefits covered by the contract/framework agreement to the same — or more favourable — prices, agreements and conditions. Pursuant to art. 106, paragraph 1, letter a) of Legislative Decree 50/2016, Rai SpA reserves the right, if the contractual amount is not exhausted at the end of the contractual term, to extend the duration of the relevant contract for the time necessary to use the entire contractual amount

Lot 2: qualitative research — mix of traditional and online qualitative platform (synchronous and asynchronous) product testing with methodology integrated by method A and B all as best specified in the specifications technical. In order to be able to guarantee the service on a plurality of contemporary assignments due to the different methodologies adopted and to guarantee the provision of complementary investigation techniques able to satisfy all the cognitive needs that will arise over the next few years, economic operators will be expected to participate in both lots, but only one lot will be able to win at most. Lot 2: EUR 595 000.00 including EUR 396 666.00 for the first 24 months and 198 334.00 EUR for a further 12 month renewal option and with an auction base of EUR 35 000.00 per single research. The duration of the framework agreement in progress may be modified for the time strictly necessary for the conclusion of the procedures necessary for identifying the new contractor under the meaning of the art. 106, paragraph 11 of the Code.
