The assignment concerns:

1. The delivery of a SaaS solution for a registration system consisting of an electronic health record (EHR) and an online environment where citizens can make, view, reschedule and cancel appointments.

2. The implementation of the SaaS solution.

3. The technical maintenance and technical third-line support of the SaaS solution.
