The subject of the contract is: Collection, transport and management of municipal waste from owners of real estate located in the Zawadzkie commune in the period from October 1, 2023 to November 30, 2023.

The subject of the contract is the service of collection, transport and management of municipal waste from owners of residential properties located in the municipality of Zawadzkie in the period from October 1, 2023 to November 30, 2023, consisting in:

1. collection, transport and management of municipal waste directly from property owners residing in the Zawadzkie commune

The following waste fractions will be collected and transported:

(a) glass and glass packaging,

(b) paper and paperboard and packaging of paper and cardboard,

c) multi-material packaging,

(d) plastics and plastic packaging,

(e) biodegradable municipal waste, including biodegradable packaging waste and green waste;

(f) metals and metal packaging,

(g) ash,

(h) non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste;

2. collection, transport and management of waste collected in points organized by the Contractor in the municipality:

a) expired medicines - from designated three points in the municipality;

(b) waste not eligible as medical waste generated in the household as a result of the injection of medicinal products and monitoring of the level of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes, from three designated points in the municipality;

3. equipping the property with containers or bags for collecting waste specified in the regulations on the property;

4. printing and delivery of information leaflets on the principles of selective waste collection and containing the schedule of waste collection - to the owners of real estate located in the Zawadzkie commune.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is described in Annex 1 to the SWZ and constitutes its integral part.

The Purchaser does not allow partial submissions.
