This adoption aims to ensure the road users in district Aalst (D415) in the province of East Flanders along the regional roads and their accessories, the road users by carrying out maintenance and repair work on the existing ones. green patrimony and the execution of periodic cleanliness maintenance.
The total length of the road sections to be treated is shown in the detailed inventory attached to this specifications.
The contract mainly comprises:
- carrying out management and maintenance work on existing grass berms and planting (mowing of roadside, hedges shaving, maintenance of planting sections,...);
- the pruning and skins of line trees along the regional roads;
- limited (re) plantings and maintenance of these plantings during the guarantee period;
- picking up and removing litter;
- performing cleanliness maintenance work on the pavement of roads and cycle paths (sweeping of hardening, cleaning of flight mounds and elevated paved devices);
- cleaning street swirl, aquadrains and research wells;
- clearing locks;
- profiling of roadverms by excavation;
- repair of damage to the green heritage (after accidents) and cleanse maintenance (slumpdeposits, etc.);
- performing directing works (e.g. after storm damage,...) insofar as these works cannot be reimbursed according to the other items of the borderel and are not a contractor charge;
- the placement, maintenance and removal of all regulatory site signaling necessary for the execution of all the aforementioned works;
- Disposal of all waste from the work carried out in accordance with the provisions of this specifications.
