The purpose of this consultation is to conclude, on behalf of a group of orders set up under Articles L. 2113-6 to L. 2113-7 of the Public Order Code, a framework agreement governing future subsequent contracts to be awarded relating to the supply of charging infrastructure for Electric Vehicles (Irve) for work carried out under project management (or delegated project management) of the Departmental Energy Union 35 and 22. The members of the group are: - the Departmental Energy Union 22 (Sde22) - the Departmental Energy Union 35 (Sde35) The Sde35 has been appointed coordinator of the command group. As such, it organizes the phases of preparation, award, award, signature and notification.
