The Political Agreement on the Growth of Pool on Sustainable Construction of 31 May 2021 sets aside a pool to promote sustainable construction of DKK 25 million annually in 2021 and 2022 (DKK 50 million in total). As part of the pool, DKK 12 million has been allocated to the Knowledge Centre initiative on climate impacts of buildings. The Knowledge Centre must strengthen the knowledge base and build experience with LCA calculations.

The tender shall be implemented as a public offering under Title II of the Procurement Act. The offering includes only one offer phase.
The tender conditions describe the process of the tender and set out the guidelines for submitting tenders, communication between the bidder and contracting entity, and information on the tender process, moreover.
The contract tendered is not divided into subcontracts referred to in Section 49 (2) of the Procurement Act, as contracting entities assess that one contract contributes to ensuring consistency and uniformity of the forthcoming supplier. Furthermore, it will ensure that the future supplier can build the expertise needed to ensure the high quality required in solving the task.
