Maintenance, periodic verification, repairs and breakdown service, with on-call service, of the 60 automatic parking facilities belonging to Malakoff Habitat's heritage, and replacements and installation of new equipment.

It is a flat-rate contract with a framework agreement part with purchase orders, single-awardee, awarded for obtaining the services.

The market includes:

- flat-rate maintenance, verification, repair and breakdown assistance services,

- services to purchase orders for repairs following acts of vandalism, replacements and installations of new equipment to be carried out on the basis of a Unit Price Schedule (BPU).

For the initial period, the minimum annual amount is 5,000.00 EUR HT and the maximum is 100,000.00 EUR HT.

The amounts will be identical for each renewal period.
