The subject of the contract is services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6 (1) point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (text one: Journal of Laws of 2021 item 1275 as late as “Forests Act”) covering works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and ripping of timber, tourism to be carried out in the Kwidzyn Forest District in the year 2022

The scope of the subject matter of the contract shall include the total quantities of works in the field of forest farming and protection, fire protection, harvesting and sparing of timber, tourism resulting from Annex 3 to the SWZ, which consists of:

Annex No 3.1. — work size by group of activities, activities and location;

Annex No 3.2. — timber collection sortyment system;

Annex No 3.3. — a statement of the distances and conditions of breaking wood;

Annex No 3.4. — a statement of items not made available for machine acquisition;

Annex 3.5. — information on the use of possible logging technologies;

Annex 3.6 — surfaces with planned protection of raids and subplants.

3. The material ranges set out in Annexes No 3.1. - 3.3. and 3.5. are estimated.

4) Quality standards relating to all relevant characteristics of the subject of the contract are determined by Decision No 112 of the Director-General of State Forests of 04 October 2021 amending Decision No 19 of the Director-General of State Forests of 17 March 2021 on the introduction to application of the 'Description of the standard of technology for the implementation of forestry works' in organizational units of State Forests and Decision No 37 of the Director of Regional Directorate of State Forests in Gdańsk of 9 July 2021 amending Decision No 16 of the Director of Regional Directorate of State Forests in Gdańsk COMMISSION DECISION of 7 June 2021 on the introduction to the application of the 'Description of the Regional Technology Standard for the Implementation of Forestry Works Technology'. The detailed description of the standard of technology for the performance of particular forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract provided the basis for the determination of quality requirements relating to the elements consisting of the subject of the contract contained in the Annex No. 4.1 and 4.2. to SWZ (Description of the standard of technology for the implementation of forestry works). Descriptions of the activity codes describing the individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract are described in Annex 4 to the SWZ. A description of the rules for the procedure for taking up forestry works is set out in Annex 4 to the SWZ. Due to the actual natural weather situation, which may occur during the completion of the subject of the contract, as well as the economic and economic situation unforeseen at the moment, the Ordering Party reserves the right to make reductive adjustments, increasing adjustments, new findings location, as well as pausing the actions indicated in the individual rows of the tables describing the subject of the order. Increasing adjustments do not imply the introduction of new works not covered by the scope of the contract, and reducing adjustments do not imply a complete abandonment of part of the work. These should be understood as increasing the amount of work in one location (forest address) in the Package Execution Area (including locations in the Package Realization Area not pre-indicated in SWZ), while reducing the amount of work in another location (forest address) on Package Implementation Areas, within the framework of the total quantities of individual works falling within the scope of the Contract Subject specified in the SWZ, which are to be executed throughout the Package Execution Area. The need to increase the size of certain elements of the order in the course of execution of the object of the order may also occur in order to complete the full range of work described in the subject of the order. Determination of a new location takes place within the subject of the order, always only in the Package Execution Area.
