Europe-wide award of planning and construction services for the construction of a new interim indoor swimming pool in Stuttgart-Zuffenhausen

The state capital Stuttgart intends to realize an interim indoor swimming pool ("IBZ") at the Zuffenhausen site. The project is intended to serve as a mobile interim indoor swimming pool for replacement water areas in the event of planned pool closures. The pool at the Zuffenhausen site is to be built for a defined period of time, then dismantled and rebuilt at another location in Stuttgart.

The subject of the procedure is the provision of the necessary planning services as well as the provision of the construction services required for the implementation of the measure.

On the basis of a functional specification (FLB), a reliable, technically suitable and economically efficient construction company is sought for the implementation of the measure.

Ensuring the reliability of costs and deadlines as well as the qualities presented in the functional service description are an overriding concern of the client in the realization of the project.

The applicants selected as part of the competition will receive further details on the scope of the services to be provided with a request to submit an offer.
