Passage between Rheingoldhalle and multi-storey car park the construction of a new suspended ceiling in dry construction with building insulation accompanying the shell construction. The planking of the ceiling is carried out with fiber cement panels. The construction work will be carried out in several phases. This procurement involves the execution of drywall work. In the area under the Gutenberg Hall of the Rheingoldhalle there is a passage between the underground car park and the Rheingoldhalle. Here, a suspended ceiling is to be erected without fire protection requirements. The ceiling is planked with fiber cement panels. The procurement also includes the installation of a verifiable statics for the ceiling.

Instead of. The Rheingoldhalle and the Rathaus multi-storey car park are located in
Mainz right next to the Rheingoldhalle. Access is via
the Rheinstraße. The multi-storey car park was built at the end of the 60s
years in solid construction made of reinforced concrete. Above the passage
is located the Rheingoldhalle with the so-called Gutenberg Hall. The Rheingoldhalle was built in 2005-2006
extended by the addition of the Gutenberg Hall. The floor slab of the Rheingoldhalle, as well as the ceiling of the passageway, was made of solid reinforced concrete with beams. In the course of the production of the suspended ceiling, construction work is carried out by several trades. Coordination of the construction process between the contractors is required. The permissible total load of the parking levels level 1-3 and ramp areas is 350 kg/m². The suspended ceiling in the drive-through area is available in several
sections, since the possibility of passage for the fire brigade and suppliers must be given at all times.
In the area of the entrances and exits to the individual parking levels
a scaffolding is erected on site. For the processing of the other sections, mobile rolling scaffolds are put out to tender. These scaffolding shall be delivered, provided and maintained by the contractor.
