The public space of the Nieuw-Loosdrechtsedijk in the Boomhoek and Muyeveld cores in the municipality of Wijdemeren is in need of major maintenance, for both the underground and the above-ground space.

The work within the work includes:

• The elaboration of the construction structure, location of the sewerage and phasing/accessibility;

• The replacement of the asbestos VWA sewer system;

• The construction of the HWA sewer system;

• The incorporation and reinstallation of a blast furnace slag foundation;

• The application of light height-up materials to be applied;

• The inclusion of asphalt pavements;

• Incorporating element pavements;

• Applying asphalt pavements;

• The application of element pavements;

• Reconstructing the green and all other elements in public space;

• Phasing the work if necessary so that the nuisance to the environment is as limited as possible;

• Carrying out the measures with adequate environmental and risk management.

• Requesting the necessary permits;

• Working out the phasing and responding to the progress of the own activities and activities of others in cooperation with the Client and third parties;

• Maintaining existing functionalities, systems and objects including:

o Cables and pipes;

o Accessibility to homes and businesses.
